Data processed
Account, relationship profile, preferences, messages, consents, reports, purchases, and member-selected media. Spoken languages are used only for matching preferences. My SoulLines never translates conversations.
Purposes
Provide Mystery Match, conversations and consensual reveals, community safety, subscription management, and fraud prevention.
Protection
Passwords are hashed. Photos and palms are encrypted server-side with AES-256-GCM and accessed through temporary authorization. Sensitive access is audited.
Processors
The host processes application data; OpenAI or the selected analysis provider temporarily receives the consented palm photo; Stripe, Apple, Google, and RevenueCat process payments; GeoNames verifies cities; the SMTP provider delivers email. No translation service receives conversations.
Retention and rights
Data is retained while the account is active or as legally required. You may export and correct it, and delete your account from your space.
